Origin Week11

This week I'm doing poetry for Origin.

Perfection is perfect.
Never wrong always correct.
Immortality at its best.
Never dying or forever rest.

What is perfection without love?
A freezing hand without a glove.
Forever alive, but dead inside
A lonely groom-less bride

Lives sacrificed for perfection.
Feeling no affection.
Blood-stained hand
Guilt you can't withstand

Love, the greatest thing in Earth.
Love, the reason for near death.
Love, the cause of freedom
Love, the effect of martyrdom.

"Pia has grown up in a secret laboratory hidden deep in the Amazon rain forest. She was raised by a team of scientists who have created her to be the start of a new immortal race. But on the night of her seventeenth birthday, Pia discovers a hole in the electric fence that surrounds her sterile home–and sneaks outside the compound for the first time in her life.

Free in the jungle, Pia meets Eio, a boy from a nearby village. Together, they embark on a race against time to discover the truth about Pia’s origin–a truth with deadly consequences that will change their lives forever." unknown.

Pia is trying to be perfect. She grew up told by everyone around her that her sole purpose in life is to make other ones like her. She believed that, until she met Eio. She grew feelings for him and then over time she realized that she loves him. The both of them discovered that lives were taken for her to be perfect and that Pia's "family" is trying to kidnap more people to be killed. Together they stop and protected the people. In the process of protecting the people, Eio's dad died just to let Pia escape.

Week 10 Strange Conversations

This week is Strange Conversations. For my blogpost this week I'm making Poseidon enter Ky's world.

Ky walked by the black stinky Sisyphus river continously moving. He sighed when he saw the fishes that had black streaks on it's body. He sat down a few feet from the river and took out a piece of stone-hard-bread. He was about to take a bite of it when he heard a loud splash that is impossibly loud for just a fish. He immediately stood up and hid behind the tree thinking it could be enemies. He crouched behind the tree and stared at the river with eyes wide opened.
"Who dare destroy my river?" There in the river a guy standing in the water said not too loud, but enough for Ky to hear, with an obvious anger in his voice. The guy looked like in his middle age with a trident in his hand. Ky crouched more behind the tree just staring at awe at the guy, he wondered how the guy walked in the water and how he got there. Ky decided turn around and tell the society about the guy, but before he could he heard a loud booming voice.
"Hey you!" Ky ran away without looking back. Ky fell down because of a wave of water hit him. He disbelievingly stood up and turned around. He was shocked to see the guy literally holding water, but kept a blank face.
"Do you know who did this to the riverr?" The guy asked  with anger on his voice. Ky then realized that the guy was holding what seemed like a big blue-ish fork. He have never seen one
"Yes I do," Ky answered, he wondered how this guy didn't know that the society did this.
"Who i-" The guy was about to say something, but he was cut off when he heard a ring. The guy took a shell out of his pocket and placed it in his ears. Ky was completely puzzled how the shell rang and if this guy is crazy talking to a shell.
"What do you need?......Percy? Yes he is my son.........He's going to defeat you. He is the best demigod after all. Have you not heard of all his adventures... YES I AM! I am coming to get you!" As soon as the call ended he disappeared. Ky stared at where he have been. He shook his head and tried to convince himself that he was sleeping. He pinched himself and sure enough he was sleeping.

Week #9 Wickedpedia

I'm doing flash fiction. There's gonna be a nerd.

"Did I or did I not tell you to stay away from Winnie?' As soon I walk in the library I heard Josh's voice. If you're wondering how I know him, well everyone knows him. He's popular and a big bully. All nerds in this school hate him. He bullies all of the nerds in this school, but except for me and some of my friends. I'm always careful to not get on his way. I look at the clock to see what time it is. Lunch is almost over and I still haven't started my homework that's due next class.
I don't want to be seen by Josh. I want to graduate high school without being bullied.  I'd rather miss this one homework than be bullied for the whole year.
I walk outside and head towards the bathroom. I guess I'm gona have to suffere in this stinky cubicle until lunch ends. I take out my books and sstart doigmy homework.

Week 08 PREDICTIONS

This week I'm reading "The Bar Code Tattoo" by Suzanne Weyn.

I'm halfway through the book. I think that Kayla and Zekeal will end up together. There might not be enough proof or evidence in the book, but I feel a spark between the both of them. My other prediction is she'll move out of her house. Ever since her dad died her Mom is not acting so mother -like. Her mom acts like she doesn't have any daughter.
I also predict that Kayla will be like Katniss Everdeen. You know who'll start and lead a rebellion against the government. Her hatred is big enough for her to start a rebellion. She has all the reasons to rebel. Her best friend had to leave her cause of the barcode and her dad died because of it too.

Week 7

In the first few sentences, Cassia talks about the Match banquet. I was wondering how do they even match people. Later in the story they tell us how they match people. She tells us that the society matches the people by genes, characters attitudes.
Xander seemed to know a lot of things about Cassia. I wondered how and why she knows Cassia so much. Cassia then later tells us that the both of them has been best friends since they were still kids.
I was wondering why Cassia seemed to talk about his grandfather ,but not his grandmother. While reading further I discovered that her grandmother died at an early age because of cancer.
I wondered how Ky became an Abberation. Later in the book it said that Ky's real father committed an Infraction. If a parent commits a Infraction, their kids will automatically become an Abberation. (Abberations- People that are not seen as full citizens and don't have all the privileges of citizens.)(Infraction- A breaking of a law in the Society.)
